RESOLUTION NUMBER 03-6018
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH INTRUST CARD CENTER FOR PROCESSING CREDIT CARD
PAYMENTS AT THE SALINA BICENTENNIAL CENTER.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Intrust
Card Center for processing credit card payments at the Salina Bicentennial Center, subject to the
terms and conditions of the agreement.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the original agreement and retain
according to the City of Salina Records Management Policy.
