ORDINANCE NUMBER 03-10175
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE EAST SALINA MASTER PLAN AS AN
AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the East Salina Master Plan be adopted as an amendment to the
Comprehensive Plan of the City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That the Land Use Plan be amended as follows:
1) The northwest and northeast corners of Holmes Road and Crawford Street changed
from Low Density Residential to office and retail commercial as shown on the plan.
2) The townhome/duplex areas shown on the plan changed from low density to medium
density residential.
Section 3. That the Service Areas Map shall remain unchanged.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption
and publication once in the official city newspaper.
