AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF AN EAST AND WEST ALLEY IN
BLOCK 7, OAKDALE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS, AND
REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 669.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a twenty foot East and Test alley abutting Lots 10,
11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, Block 7, Oakdale Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, between Iron Avenue and Gypsum Avenue, from the east line
of Oakdale Avenue to the west line of Penn Avenue, be and it is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the alley hereby vacated shall revert to the adjacent
property owners in accordance with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. That Ordinance Number 669 of the City of Salina, Kansas,
is hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
