ORDINANCE ADOPTING AND APPROPRIATING THE 2016 ANNUAL BUDGET.
REAS, a Proposed Annual Budget for the fiscal year commencing January 1, 2016 has been

IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:

manner of payment of the periodic dates on which payrolls and claims shall be paid, provided, that
all employees of the City of Salina shall be paid semi-monthly and no payroll or claim shall be paid
until it has been approved by the City Manager or his designee and by the Director of Finance and
Administration.
Section 6. The Director of Finance and Administration shall cause a record to be maintained of all
payments of any nature to be maintained.
Section 7. That this ordinance be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication
once in the official city newspaper.
