RESOLUTION NUMBER 2052
A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering, paving and grading of
South Street with concrete (Thirty-three (33) feet gide from back of
curb to back of curb) from the east line of Broadway Boulevard to the
east line of Clark Street.
BE IT RESOLVED BY the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That South Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from the
east line of Broadway Boulevard to the east line of Clark Street, be curbed,
guttered, paved and graded with concrete (Thirty-three (33) feet wide from
back of curb to back of curb) along with such grading and excavation as
may be necessary therefore, and the same are hereby determined to be
necessary improvements.
