A RESOLUTION relating to the paving and grading of Minneapolis Avenue
with concrete (Twenty-eight (28) feet wide from toe of gutter to
toe of gutter) -from the west line of Lewis Street to the west line of
Ohio Street. .
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: .
That Minneapolis Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from
the west line of Lewis Street to the west line of Ohio Street be paved
and graded with concrete (Twenty-eight (28) feet wide from toe of gutter
to toe of gutter) along with such grading and excavation as may be
necessary, and.the same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
