RESOIMION NUMBER 2047
A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering, paving and grading of
Smith Avenue (thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of curb to back of
cUFb_T with two (2) inch hot asphalt mix over a six (6) inch crushed rock
base, from the west line of Hageman Street to the east line of Broadway
Boulevard.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Smith Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from
the west line of Hageman Street to the east line of Broadway Boulevard
be curbed, guttered, paved and graded (thirty-three (33) feet wide from
back of curb to back of curb) with'two (2) inch hot asphalt mix over a
six (6) inch crushed rock base,valong with such grading and excavation as
may be necessary, and the same are hereby determined to be necessary
improvements.
