A RESOUMOH relating to the curbing, guttering, paving and grading of
Edvard Street (thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of curb to back of
curb) vith two.(2) inch hot asphalt mix over a six (6) inch crushed rock
base from the south line of Wayne Avenue to the north -line of Belmont
Boulevard.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Edwazd. Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from
the south line of Wayne Avenue to the north line of Belmont Boulevar&.be
curbed, guttered, paved and graded (thirty-three (33) feet vide from back
of curb to back of curb) vith.two (2) inch hot asphalt mix over a six (6)
inch crushed rock base, along with Such grading and excavation as may be
necessary, and the same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
