Dear Mr. Loop:
Please accept this letter as authorization from the City of Salina
to set up a vending cart on the southwest corner of the public
parking lot 2B every Friday, • starting April 8, 1988 through
May 27, 1988 for the Art a la Carte program.
As shown on the enclosed drawing, three "vendor areas" are
available. When you set up your vending cart, please use the
unoccupied vendor area nearest to Campbell Plaza. This will allow
us to establish an orderly traffic management program in the
area.
Please continue working with Keith Rawlings on the initial setup.
