HELD ON MARCH 30, 2015
The governing body of the City of Salina, Kansas met in special session at the usual meeting place
in the City at 4:00 p.m., the following members of the City Commission were present:
Present: Mayor Aaron Householter (presiding), Commissioners Jon R. Blanchard, Kaye J.
Crawford, and Randall R. Hardy.
Absent: None.
The Mayor declared that a quorum was present and called the meeting to order.

Among other business there was presented to the City Commission a Resolution entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS
ESTABLISHING THE DATE AND TIME OF A PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF A REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT PURSUANT TO K.S.A. 12-1770 ET
SEQ.
The Resolution was considered and discussed: and thereupon on motion of Commissioner Davis, seconded
by Commissioner Blanchard; the Resolution was adopted by the following roll call vote:
Aye: 5
Nay: 0
Thereupon, the Resolution having been adopted by majority vote of the members of the City
Commission it was given No. 15-[7192], and was directed to be signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk.

PROVIDING FOR THE GIVING OF NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARING.
