CONSENT TO HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
We, the undersigned, being duly elected, qualified and acting Commissioners of the City of
alina, Kansas and constituting a majority of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Iansas, do hereby consent to the holding of a special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the
ity of Salina, Kansas on the 30`h day of March, 2015, at 4:00 p.m. for the purpose of the following:
1. Consider purchase of one 26" walk behind self-propelled concrete road saw with trailer.
2. Conclusion of the 2014 Evaluation of City Manager's Performance and Periodic Review
of City Manager's Base Salary.
3. Resolution Nos. 15-7192 and 15-7193 establishing the dates and times of public hearings
for consideration of a request to form a Tax Increment Financing District and a STAR
Bond District generally described as being located in downtown Salina.
