ORDINANCE NUMBER 03-10171
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 41, ARTICLE III OF THE SALINA
CODE BY REPEALING SECTIONS 41-74,41-75 AND 41-76 PERTAINING TO THE EAST
DRY CREEK INTERCEPTOR CAPITAL RECOVERY CHARGE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the existing Sections 41-74, 41-75 and 41-76 of Chapter 41, Article III of
the Salina Code are hereby repealed and reserved.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effective October 30, 2003 after its
adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
