RESOLUTION NUMBER 03-5999
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE ARTS AND
HUMANITIES COMMISSION AND DISCIPLINARY ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREAS, Section 2(c) of Resolution Number 90-4242 calls for Citizen Board
member appointments to be made by resolution submitted by the Mayor to the full City Commission
for final approval; and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on certain Citizen Boards, Commissions and
Committees; SO NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina„ Kansas:
Section 1. The following persons, as proposed by the Mayor of the City of Salina, are
hereby appointed to the designated Citizen Boards for the terms indicated:
adoption.
ARTS AND HUMANITIES COMMISSION
Marilyn Benyshek, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Tom Claman to
August 31, 2006.
DISCIPLINARY ADVISORY BOARD
Rachel L. Lehmann, reappointed to August 31, 2006.
Lance H. Cochran, appointed to succeed Jerry Holtz to August 31„ 2006.
Mary J. Kerstetter, appointed to succeed Gary Wickershan to August 31,
2006.
Arthur E. Jordan, appointed to succeed Phyllis D. Nicholson to August 31,
2005.
Robert L. Boardman, appointed to succeed Lorene M. Scuitte to August 31,
2005.
Larry F. Turnquist, appointed to succeed Iris L. Carwein-Olsen to August
31, 2004.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
