BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina. Kansas:

Section 1. Approval of Aereements. Pursuant to K.S.A. 80-1502, Governing Body hereby
3 approves, and directs the city manager to execute, an Agreement for Fire Protection Services Outside
the City Limits, on the form attached hereto as Attachment A. with each individual, firm, or corporation
listed on Attachment B; for the purpose of establishing the terms and conditions under which the City of
Salina will provided first -response fire -fighting services for certain property described in Attachment B.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication by the following summary once in the official city newspaper.
