RESOLUTION NUMBER 14-7155
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH
MIZE HOUSER & COMPANY P.A., CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS, FOR AN
AUDIT OF CITY RECORDS FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2014.
QBE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Mize Houser &
Company, PA, Certified Public Accountants, for an audit of City records for the year ending
December 31, 2014, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement, in an amount not to
exceed $39,155.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
