RESOLUTION NUMBER 14-7145
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN INTERLOCAL
AGREEMENT WITH SALINE COUNTY FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an interlocal agreement with Saline
County for animal control services, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the original agreement and retain
according to the City of Salina Records Management Policy.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
