LLC TO ALLOW A PRIVATE PARKING SPACE ENCROACHMENT IN THE PUBLIC

RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR AN ALLEY ABUTTING LOT ONE (1), BLOCK ONE (1) AND LOT
a SEVEN (7), BLOCK ONE (1) OF THE WATERS SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF
SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina. Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a license agreement with RC Geihsler,
LLC and Brown Mackie College -Salina; LLC to allow private parking space encroachment in the
public right-of-way for an alley abutting Lot One (1), Block One (1) and Lot Seven (7), Block One
(1) of the Waters Subdivision to the City of Salina, Saline County; Kansas, subject to the terms and
conditions of the agreement.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the original license agreement and retain it
according to the City of Salina Records Management Policy.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
