Resolution.
REgS, by the proviaions of Ordinance No. 1703, passed and sprue
approved �axch 1?, 1913, appraisers were appointed for Iiie

� of wad into and out of and gr ounds for site for the union station
be built in said city, and chat such appraisers have duly qualified as
such; and,
� WfREAS, it is found that a mistake has been me.de in the descrip-
� tion of the real estate sought.to be taken and appraise d for riGit of
way purpoees and that more land than that described in said Oridinance
No. 170 is needed for such purposes; and
AS,a full descri8tion of all the land:: �at� needed for the
purposes $pacified in said rdina,nce and in this resolution has been
. determined and ascertained; therefore,
Be it resolved by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina,,
that the appraisers heretofore appointed by Ordinance No. 1703 for the
purPose.of determining by asseaement adequate compensation for the
person or parsons or corporations whose property shall be taken by the
city of Salina, for the purpose of ` furnishing rifts of way for railway
companies in getting to and from the new union station and for ground
for site for such union s#,ation, shall and are herebir au+..horizeed and
damages due the owners of
directed to assess, as prodded in said Ordinance No. 1703 the following
described real estate in the city of Salina, Kansas, which is hereby
determined necessary to be taken and appropriated for the Public and
necessary purposes of building and constructing a union station in the
said pity and furnishing ri,hta of way to railway companies in and to
the same, to -quit:

And be it further resolved that only so far as the description of
the real estate in section one of said ordinance No. 1703 is concerned
are any of the provisions of said ordinance repealed; but in all other
respects this resolution is supplemental to and a part of said Or*&
dinance, No. 1703.,
