A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN EASEMENT
w ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT WITH KANSAS WESLEYAN UNIVERSITY TO
ALLOW THE PLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A FENCE IN A PLATTED
t PUBLIC DRAINAGE EASEMENT LOCATED ON LOT ONE (1), BLOCK ONE (1) OF THE
' KANSAS WESLEYAN UNIVERSATY SPORTS COMPLEX ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an easement encroachment agreement
with Kansas Wesleyan University to allow the placement and maintenance of a wrought iron fence
with brick pilasters in a public drainage easement containing a storm sewer pipeline located on Lot
One (1), Block One (1) of the Kansas Wesleyan University Sports Complex Addition to the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the original license agreement and retain it
according to the City of Salina Records Management Policy.
