are hereby required to.remove the sidewalks condemned thereby'
and to •re -build and re -construct
the same, in the manner and oof tI-ie material specified in this ordinance;

grade thrroughout,,, to. be -determined k the ,ciky engineer-;;' and shall be
built of the material ,'in the width, form and•rnanner specified and required
by the ..pro visions of Ordinance:No.:.1038'of the printed ordinances of the
city of Salina, which said.Ordinance No. 1038 is hereby incorporated in
