An Ordi.nance'making an.appeopriation for the payment of. a 'certain claim.'
Be it ordained bjr the Mayor and Councilmen of the city of Salina, Kans.'
Section 1, That the stmt of 'Two Hundred twenty three and 55/i00 ($223.55)
Dollars be°and the same is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the
hands of the city treasurer of said city for the payment of the following
bill: --
To William Patterson for constructing sidewalk, in said city as per
statement and voucher dated July 15th.1901,and on file with the city clerk

Sectioig 11, That scrip/ for such amount payable on or before fifteen
months after date and. drawing no interest, be drawn on the city treasurer
in payment of such appropriation.
Section 111, That this ordinance take effect and be in force from and of -v
ter its passage.
