EASEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS WITH ASSURANCE
PARTNERS, LLC AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR'S SIGNATURE ON THE
w AGREEMENT CONDITIONED UPON THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SURVEYED LEGAL
DESCRIPTION FOR THE EASEMENT AREA AND ATTACHMENT OF THE LEGAL
DESCRIPTION AS AN EXHIBIT TO THE AGREEMENT.
tBE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the Agreement for Public Parking

Easement and Development of Public Improvements with Assurance Partners. LLC, conditioned upon
the development of a surveyed legal description for the Easement Area (as defined in the Agreement)
and attachment of the legal description as an exhibit to the Agreement.
Section 2. That upon execution of the Agreement, the City Clerk is hereby directed to record the
agreement with the Saline County Register of Deeds, and to file the original agreement and retain
according to the City of Salina Records Management Policy.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by thy Mayor this 12'' day of May, 2014.
