BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Bode of the City of Salina; Kansas:

Section 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an economic development

sales tax reimbursement agreement with Lakahni Grocers, LLC.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the original agreement and retain
according to the Cite of Salina Records Management Policy.

Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
