I I Petition for sidowalk on North side of Cloud from Pershing to Eleventh. Motion by Spangler, seconded by Banker refer to City Manager. Petition for permission to connect to and extend a municipal water line and a municipal sewer line outside of the corporate limits of he City of Salina, Kansas, and to enter into an equitable agreement with the City of Salina to pay for said water and sewer services received from Kenneth and ?:erl 2?ordboe.
