RESOLUTION NUMBER 99-5412
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH U.S.D. #305 REGARDING THE
DISTRIBUTION AND USE OF SALES TAX PROCEEDS FOR EDUCATION
TECHNOLOGY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an interlocal cooperation
agreement with U. S.D. #305 regarding the distribution and use of sales tax proceeds for education
technology, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this 25th day of
1999.
