We, the undersigned, being residents and property owners in
the City of Salina, Kansas, do hereby petition your honorable body for:
Vacation of a portion of the West Grand Avenue right-of-way abutting the north line of Lot 2, Block 3 of
the North Park Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, more particularly described on the
attached sheet, subject to retention of all necessary public utility easements in lieu of said vacated
right-of-way.
