AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR A
PLATTED PUBLIC ALLEY IN THE PARKWOOD VILLAGE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.

N BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
' & Section 1. That on February 27, 2012, the Salina City Commission conducted a public hearing on
3 the petition filed by Les Sperling on behalf of the Central Kansas Foundation (Petitioner") requesting
vacation of the northern portion of a north -south alley located between Cloud Street and Parkwood
Drive in the Packwood Village Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, more particularly
described as follows:

That portion of the 25 foot alley abutting Lot 3 and Lot 4, less the South Twenty -Seven
(27) feet thereof in Block 1, of the Parkwood Village Addition to City of Salina Saline
County, Kansas.
The above described right-of-way to be vacated contains Four
Hundred Seventy -Five (4,375) square feet, more or less.
Section 2. That the governing body finds from the evidence
