AND CAROLYN J. BENNETT TRUST TO ALLOW THE PLACEMENT, USE AND
AINTENANCE OF PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY ON
t RAWFORD STREET AND PRESCOTT AVENUE ABUTTING LOT ONE (1), BLOCK ONE
OF THE WILBRE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
E IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
n 1. That the Mayor is he authorized to execute a license agreement with the George A.
:vh Living Trust and the Ralph J. Bennett Trust to allow for the cooperative placement and
nance of landscaping in the Crawford Street right-of-way and a license agreement with the
n J. Bennett Trust to allow the construction and maintenance of a vehicle loading space in the
tt Avenue abutting Lot One (1), Block One (1) of the Wilbre Addition to the City of Salina,
County, Kansas, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the original license agreement and retain it
ig to the City of Salina Records Management Policy.
3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
