We, the undersigned, being residents and property owners in
the City of Salina, Kansas, do hereby petition your honorable body for:
Vacation of a 20 ft. east-west utility easement located 520 ft. north of Magnolia Road on Lot 1, Block 1 ,
of the Magnolia Hills Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas. This easement formally
contained a public water main and fire hydrant, however, the fire hydrant has been relocated and the
water main is no longer in use.
