ORDINANCE NUMBER 13-10692
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SALINA CODE BY REASSIGNING SECTIONS
UNDER CHAPTER 31 PERTAINING TO PUBLIC UTILITIES TO CHAPTER 32.
W BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. Amendment. That existing Sections 31-1 through 31-10 shall be codified under
Chapter 32 and numbered in the existing sequence beginning with Section 32-1 and ending with
Section 32-6.

Section 3. Repealer. That existing Chapter 31 is hereby repealed.
Section 4. Effective. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect 90 days from and after its
adoption and publication by the following summary once in the official city newspaper.

1 On April April 15, 2013, the City of Salina, Kansas, passed Ordinance No. The
ordinance amends the Salina Code by removing Chapter 31 pertaining to public utilities
