AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SALINA CODE BY REPEALING CHAPTER 32
PERTAINING TO SALE OF GOODS.
w BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. Repealer. That existing Chapter 32 of the Salina Code is hereby repealed.
' Section 2. Effective. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect 90 days from and after its
adoption and publication by the following summary once in the official city newspaper.
