SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OCTOBER 2, 1991
5:00 p.m.
The Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners met in the Commission
Meeting Room, City -County Building, on Wednesday, October 2, 1991, at 5:00
p.m.
There were present:
Acting Mayor Carol E. Beggs, Chairman presiding
Commissioner Peter F. Brungardt
Commissioner John Divine
Commissioner Joseph A. Warner
comprising a quorum of the Board, also present:
Absent:
Greg Bengtson, City Attorney
Dennis M. Kissinger, City Manager
Stephanie Krug, Deputy City Clerk
Mayor Stephen C. Ryan
The meeting was called for the following purpose:
i; 1. Adopting Resolution Number 91-4387, authorizing the Mayor to execute
and the Deputy City Clerk to attest a license agreement with KIN
IINetwork, Inc. (KIN) to allow use of certain street right-of-way.
Dennis M. Kissinger, City Manager, and Greg Bengtson, City
Attorney, reviewed the terms of the license agreement with KIN and the
proposed use of city owned right-of-way.
Dennis Carlson, KIN, was in attendance.
Moved by Commissioner Brungardt, seconded by Commissioner Divine
that Resolution Number 91-4387, authorizing the Mayor to execute and the
Deputy City Clerk to attest a license agreement with KIN Network, Inc. (KIN)
to allow use of certain street right-of-way, be adopted. Aye: (4) . Nay:
(0) . Mayor Ryan absent. Motion adopted.
Moved by Commissioner Brungardt, seconded by Commissioner
Warner that the special meeting of the Board of Commissioners be adjourned.
Aye: (4) . Nay: (0) . Motion adopted. The meeting adjourned at 5:18 p.m.

REQUEST FOR SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
We, the undersigned, being duly elected, qualified Acting Mayor and
Commissioner of the City of Salina Kansas do hereby request that o special
meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas, be held on
the 2nd day of October, 1991, at 5:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering the
following:
1. Adopting Resolution Number 91-4388, authorizing the Acting Mayor to
execute and the Deputy City Clerk to attest a license agreement with
KIN Network, Inc. (KIN) to allow use of certain street right-of-way.
