SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
AUGUST 5, 1992
8:00 a. m.
The Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners met in the City Manager's
Conference Room, City -County Building, on Wednesday, August 5, 1992, at
8:00 a.m.
There were present:
Mayor Carol E. Beggs, Chairman presiding
Commissioner Peter F. Brungardt
Commissioner John Divine
Commissioner Stephen C. Ryan
Commissioner Joseph A. Warner
comprising a quorum of the Board, also present:
Absent:
Greg Bengtson, City Attorney
Dennis M. Kissinger, City Manager
Jacqueline Shiever, City Clerk
None
The special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas, met for the purpose of considering the following:
Approve the notice of public hearing for the 1993 Budget and set
August 17, 1992, 4:00 p.m. as the date and time for the public hearing on
the 1993 Budget.
Moved by Commissioner Warner, seconded by Commissioner Ryan that
the City Clerk be instructed to publish the notice of public hearing for the
1993 Budget to be held at 4:00 p.m. on August 17, 1992. Aye: (5). Nay:
(0) . Motion adopted.
Moved by Commissioner Brungardt, seconded by Commissioner Ryan
that the Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners be adjourned. Aye:
(5) . Nay: (0) . Motion adopted. The meeting adjourned at 8:13 a.m.
