Situation

Fire apparatus are toned out on our primary free], and after leaving the building in route to the scene
personnel switch to a operational channel, at times personnel are not change to the operational
channel and dispatch has a difficult time answering apparatus and at times dispatchers arc have
difficultly in monitoring which channel to talk on once personnel are on the call.

Instructions: Final sign off for all recommendations that exceed $5,000 in annual
savings, or 250 hours of annual increased functional capacity is by the City
Manager, who also signs off on any plans to convert hours to budgetary savings. The

the P drive and in Laserfiche.
