A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO TERMINATE THE ORIGINAL
WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND EXECUTE A REVISED
WORKFORCE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH TWI DEVELOPMENT,
w INC. RELATING TO EXPEDITURE OF CERTAIN FEDERAL AND REGIONAL GRANT
FUNDS IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF 27 SINGLE-FAMILY
HOUSING UNITS.
' BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to terminate the original Workforce Housing
Development Agreement and execute a revised Workforce Housing Development Agreement with TWI
Development, Inc. relating to the proposed expenditure of certain federal and regional grant funds in
connection with construction of 27 single-family housing units, subject to the terms and conditions of
the agreement.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the original agreement and retain
according to the City of Salina Records Management Policy.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
