A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE: (1) A FIRST
AMENDMENT TO RESTATEMENT OF SALINA INTERLOCAL COOPERATION
AGREEMENT RELATING TO ALLOCATION OF FLOOR SPACE IN THE CITY/COUNTY
Z BUILDING AND THE SUBLEASING OF SPACE NOT UTILIZED BY EITHER THE
2 COUNTY OR THE CITY, AND THE BUDGETING AND APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
REQUIRED FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF THE CITY/COUNTY BUILDING;
' AND (2) A CO -LESSEE PAYMENT AND CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENT RELATING TO
g THE ALLOCATION OF PAYMENT RESPONSIBILITIES BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE
COUNTY IN RELATION TO FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE MASTER TAX-
EXEMPT LEASE PURCHASE AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a First Amendment to Restatement of
Salina Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the City of Salina and the Board of County
Commissioners, Saline County, Kansas, relating to allocation of floor space in the City/County Building
and the subleasing of space not utilized by either the County or the City, and the budgeting and
appropriation of funds required for maintenance and operation of the City/County Building.
Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Co -Lessee Payment and
Contribution Agreement between the City of Salina and the Board of County Commissioners, Saline
County, Kansas, relating to the allocation of payment responsibilities between the City and the County
in relation to financial obligations under the Master Tax -Exempt Lease Purchase Agreement for the
HVAC improvements at the City/County Building.
Section 3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the original agreements and retain the
same according to the City of Salina Records Management Policy.
' Section 4. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption,
