A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH BUCHER, WILLIS & RATLIFF CORPORATION
FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF SCHILLING/CENTENNIAL ROAD PROJECT NO. 85
K-7998-01.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized a Supplemental Agreement with
Bucher, Willis & Ratliff for the Reconstruction of Schilling/Centennial Road Project No. 85 K-7998-
01, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the original agreement and retain
according to the City of Salina Records Management Policy.
