A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
FOR ROAD CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING BY CONSULTANT (CONSULTANT -NON
STATE -AID AGREEMENT) WITH THE KANSAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF SCHILLING/CENTENNIAL ROAD PROJECT NO. 85
K-7998-01.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized a Contract for Road Construction
Engineering by Consultant (Consultant -Non State -Aid Agreement) with the Kansas Department of
Transportation for the reconstruction of Schilling/Centennial Road Project No. 85 K-7998-01, subject
to the terms and conditions of the contract.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the original agreement and retain
according to the City of Salina Records Management Policy.
