A RESOLUTION relating tothe curbing, guttering and grading of Stack Avenue
from the center line of Delaware -venue to the east line of
first alley east of Delaware Avenue.

BE IT HLSOLJED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, h1ansas;
That Stack Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from
the center li._e of Delaware Avenue to -lie east line of first alley east of
Delaware Yivenue, be curbed, guttered and graded, with such excavation and
ot,erv,i.se improving as may be necessary therefor, and the same are hereby
determined to be necessary improvements.
