A RESOLUTION relating to the paving with concrete of Rahm Street from
the West line of Front Otreet to the East line of Third Street.

That Rahm Street, as treet in the City of Salina, riansas, f rom the
'Vest line of Front Street to the East line of Third Street be paved with
concrete, with such grading, excavating and otherwise improving as may
be necessary therefor and the same are hereby determin-:d to be necessary
improvements.
