A R,ESOLUTON relating to.the.paving and grading of.Lncoln Avenue from
the east line of Garfield Avenue to the east line of Arthur Avenue.

3E IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Aansas:
That Lincoln Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from
the east line of Garfield Avenue to t he east line of Arthur Avenue, be
paved and graded, with sL-ch excavation and otherwise improving asmay be
necessary therefor and the same are hereby determined to be necessary
improvements.
