RESOLUTION NUUBER 1229
(First Published in the Salina Journal June 1-4-- 1951)
A RESOLUTION relating to the paving and grading of Kirwin Avenue from the
west line of Pershing Street to the east line of Funston Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Kirwin Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from
the west line of rershing Street to the east line of Funston Street, be
paved and graded with such excavation and otherwise improving as may be
necessary therefor and the same are hereby determined to be necessary im—
provements.
