A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering, paving and grading for
a width of Twenty feet (20 feet), East side of Fourth Street
from the north line of Crawford Avenue to the south line of
Prescott Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That the East side of Fourth Street, a street in the City of
Salina, Kansas, from the North line of Cranford Avenue to the South line
of Prescott Avenue, be curbed, guttered, paved and graded for a width
of Twenty feet (20 feet) with such excavation and otherwise improving
as may be necessary therefor and the same are hereby determined to be
necessary improvements.
