A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering and grading of Morningside
Drive from the east line of Kenison Road to the center line of
Sunrise Drive.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That 1orningisde Drive, a street in the City of Salina, bdnsas,
from the east line of Keruson. Road to the center line of Sunrise Drive,
be curbed, guttered and graded with such excavation and otherwise improv-
iag as may be necessary therefor and the same are hereby determined to be
necessary improvements.
