A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering, paving and grading of
Grand Avenue from the vilest ;ine of Twelfth Street to the east
line of Thirteenth Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Grand avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from
the west line of Twelfth Street to the east line of Thirteenth Street,
be curbed, guttered, paved and graded with such excavation and otherwise
improving as may be necessary therefor and the same are hereby determined
to be necessary improvements.
