A resolution relating to the curbing, guttering and grading of
Simmons Street in Kraft iaanor Addition from the south line.of Cloud.
Avenue to the north line of Charlotte Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Simmons Street in Kraft kanor Addition, a street in the
City of aalina, Hansas, from the south line of Cloud Avenue to the north
line of Charlotte Avenue, be curbed, guttered and graded with such excava-
tion and otherwise improving as may be necessary therefor and the same are
hereby determined to be necessary i:provements.
