Charlotte -Street in Kraft Lanor Addition from the east line of Highland
Avenue to the west line of Simmons Street.;

That Charlotte Street 'in kraft 1�anor. Addition, a street in the
City of Galina, ransas, from the east line of Highland Avenue to the
west 1 i.e of Simmons Street, be curbed, guttered and graded with such
excavation and otherwise improving as may be necessary therefor and the
same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
