of Jewell Avenue from the east line of Osborne Avenue to the east
line of Lots 33 and 34 on Jewell Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, i�ansas:
That Jewell Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas,
from the east line of Osborne Avenue otle east line'of Lots 33 and 34
on Jewell Avenue, be curbed, guttered and graded with such excavation
and otherwise improving as may be necessary therefor, and the same are
hereby- determined to be necessary irrprove ents.
