3 BE IT Ri,�SOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Eleventh Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas,
from the north lice of riarsh Avenue to the south line of Hamilton Street,
be paved and graded, with such excavation and otherwise improving as may
be necessary t.erefor and the same are hereby determined to be necessary
improvements.
