A RESOLUTION relating to and providing to the curbing and guttering
and grading of Morningside Drive from the East line of Front
ai Street to the East line of Kenison Road.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COIZ:.ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS:
That Morningside Drive, a street in the City of Salina, from
the Last line of Front Street to the East line of Kenison Road, be
curbed, guttered and graded with such excavation, -and othervd se
improving, as may be necessary therefor, and the same are hereby
determined to be necessary improvements.
